A creation from world-renowned mixologist Matthias Giroud, this clarified version of the Piña Colada is a light and elegant cocktail, without losing any of its tropical notes.

Ingredients

  • 120 ml St-Rémy Signature
  • 120 ml Pineapple juice
  • 100 ml Whole milk
  • 40 ml Coconut cream
  • 20 ml Lime juice
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 4 oz St-Rémy Signature
  • 4 oz Pineapple juice
  • 3,3 oz Whole milk
  • 1,3 oz Coconut cream
  • 0,7 oz Lime juice
  • 1 Pineapple

Mature nose underpinned with echoes of oak, and delicate vanilla aromas, layered with hints of ripe fruits and honey.

Palate

A rich palate of flavors. Subtle notes of wood and vanilla are enriched with flavors of gingerbread, candied apricots, dates, figs and nuts. This complex taste is subtly spicy and offers a long finish.
