A recipe from world-renowned mixologist Matthias Giroud, this lower-alcohol creation's subtle spiciness is a boost in the cold winter weather.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml St-Rémy XO
  • 90 ml Ginger ale
  • 40 ml Orange juice
  • 20 ml Lemon juice
  • 10 ml Cinnamon syrup
  • 1 Orange slice
  • 1 oz St-Rémy XO
  • 3 oz Ginger ale
  • 1,3 oz Orange juice
  • 0,7 oz Lemon juice
  • 0,3 oz Cinnamon syrup
  • 1 Orange slice
