The Cask Finish Collection celebrates our Master Blender's expertise in maturing St-Rémy in various types of casks.

This expression “Finished in Port Casks”, released as a limited edition of only 13 360 individually numbered bottles, includes a maturation stage in oak casks that previously held Tawny Port, a fortified Portuguese wine produced in the Douro region.

The bottle number is specified on the front label of the bottle close to Cécile Roudaut signature.

Roasted Influence


Golden with amber hues.


Well-balanced notes of black and dry fruits (raisin, prune), roasted nuts, coffee, dried flowers, honey and toffee.


Smooth and subtle. Dry fruits aromas, notes of black fruits and roasted nuts, with a hint of minerality.
