A creation from world-renowned mixologist Matthias Giroud, who draw his inspiration from the St-Rémy cellars, using two different types of wood, like the St-Rémy Signature maturation.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml St-Rémy Signature
  • 25 ml White quiquina wine
  • 10 ml Italian bitter apéritif
  • 5 ml Maple syrup
  • 5 dashes Orange bitters
  • 1 Orange
  • 2 White grapes
  • 1,5 oz St-Rémy Signature
  • 0,8 oz White quiquina wine
  • 0,3 oz Italian bitter apéritif
  • 0,2 oz Maple syrup
  • 5 dashes Orange bitters
  • 1 Orange
  • 2 White grapes

Steps of the recipe

    Smoke an Old Fashioned glass with oak wood

  • 2

    Pour all the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir

  • 3

    Remove the glass from the oak wood, fill it with ice cubes and strain the mix into it

  • 4

    Garnish with an orange slice, an orange peel and grape slices

Appearance

Luminous, bright-amber, intensified by fiery, red sparks.

Nose

Mature nose underpinned with echoes of oak, and delicate vanilla aromas, layered with hints of ripe fruits and honey.

Palate

A rich palate of flavors. Subtle notes of wood and vanilla are enriched with flavors of gingerbread, candied apricots, dates, figs and nuts. This complex taste is subtly spicy and offers a long finish.
