NEW ST-REMY CREATION

This year, St-Rémy launches Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish, the fifth release in a new collection of cask finished limited editions.

The “Cask Finish Collection” celebrates St-Rémy’s Master Blender Cécile Roudaut’s expertise in selecting and maturing the brandy in various types of casks.

This expression “Finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks”, released as a limited edition of only 17 800 bottles, includes a maturation stage in oak casks that previously held Oloroso Sherry, a fortified wine from the Jerez region of Spain.

Tasting notes

• Appearance: Dark golden with amberhues.
• Nose: Red fruits, cooked and candied fruits with a hint of biscuit.
• Palate: Round and sweet with notes of candied and dried fruits, biscuits, dates, chocolate and figs.

This new edition is available in the following domestic markets, Canada, Mexico, Norway, Finland, UAE, Taiwan, Russia and China – Global Travel Retail markets will follow in the coming months.
