45ml St-Rémy Signature
20ml thick cream
15ml cacao cream
7.5ml simple syrup or 1 tsp fine sugar
Shake hard with ice, and fine strain into a coupe glass or glass coffee mug.
Garnish with nutmeg grated all over the top.
