60ml St-Rémy Signature
15ml maraschino liqueur
15ml fresh pineapple juice
2 tsp superfine sugar
Shake hard with ice, and fine strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with pineapple leaf or wedge, and aromatic bitters.
